We wish to announce that the MYEG-C1A expired at 5.00 p.m. on 26 February 2021 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of MYEG-C1A x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of MYEG-C1A x (RM2.1203 - RM1.60) x (1/2) = Number of MYEG-C1A x RM0.2601 The Closing Price of RM2.1203 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of MYEG shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to warrantholders by ordinary post. This announcement is dated 26 February 2021. |
