We wish to announce that the DIGI-C43 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 Jun 2021 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of DIGI-C43 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of DIGI-C43 x (RM4.3046 - RM3.90) x (1/3) = Number of DIGI-C43 x RM0.1348 The Closing Price of RM4.3046 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of DIGI shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to warrantholders by ordinary post. This announcement is dated 30 Jun 2021. |
