We wish to announce that MAHSING-C33 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 21 October 2021 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of MAHSING-C33 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of MAHSING-C33 x (RM0.7600 - RM1.05) x (1/5)
= Number of MAHSING-C33 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.7600 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the MAHSING Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and MAHSING-C33 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of MAHSING-C33 shall terminate absolutely.
