Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 7 October 2021, 22 October 2021, 11 November 2021, 30 November 2021, 7 December 2021, 21 December 2021, 14 March 2022, 17 March 2022, 4 April 2022, 28 April 2022 and 24 May 2022.
The Liquidator wishes to update shareholders that, during today’s case management of Raintree’s Motion 315 and upon Raintree’s application to withdraw the same, the High Court has ordered Motion 315 to be struck out with costs of RM2,000 to be paid by Raintree to the Company.
In addition, upon the request by Raintree’s counsels, the High Court has rescheduled the hearing date for Motion 626. The new hearing date is fixed on 7 July 2022 at 2.30p.m, and the earlier hearing date of 23 June 2022 is thereby vacated.
