The Closing Level of 1,489.50 was determined based on the final settlement level for settling the corresponding spot-month index future contracts immediately on the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Level is lower than FBMKLCI-CFEs Exercise Level of 1,490.00, holders of FBMKLCI-CFE will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised FBMKLCI-CFE will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the FBMKLCI-CFE shall terminate absolutely.
