We refer to the announcement dated 11 February 2022 in relation to the appointment of the Principal Adviser and Placement Agent for the Proposed Regularisation Plan and the announcement dated 25 October 2022 in relation to the termination of the memorandum of understanding.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company and Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd (“Mercury Securities”) have on 26 October 2022 agreed to mutually terminate the agreement in relation to the appointment of Mercury Securities as the Principal Adviser and Placement Agent of the Company for the Proposed Regularisation Plan.
