The Board of Directors of CAP (“Board”) (“Vendor”) wishes to announce that it has on 27 January 2023 executed the relevant documents (“Transfer Documents”) for the disposal of the entire equity interests in CAP HK to Encik Abdul Halim Bin Suri (“Halim” or Purchaser”) for a cash consideration of HK$1,000 (“Sale Consideration”) on an “as-is” basis.
