The Liquidators wish to inform that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had via its letter dated 28 February 2017 approved Sona's application for waiver from complying with the following provisions of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("LR"):

(1)      Paragraph 8.10 of the LR pertaining to the submission of the semi-annual return; 

(2)      Paragraph 9.23(1) of the LR pertaining to the issuance of the annual report; and

(3)      Paragraph 9.51 of the LR pertaining to the announcement of the half yearly financial report.
