We refer to the announcements dated 25 April 2016, 28 April 2016, 31 May 2016, 1 June 2016, 29 June 2016, 24 October 2016, 25 October 2016, 26 October 2016, 27 October 2016 and 18 November 2016 in relation to the SCR undertaken by Tanah Makmur (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had, on 15 February 2017, granted an order confirming the SCR pursuant to Section 64 of the Act (“Order”).
The SCR will take effect upon lodgement of an office copy of the Order with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
The entitlement date in respect of the SCR will be announced in due course.
