On behalf of the Board of Directors of GPP, TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) wishes to announce that TA Securities shall cease to act as the Continuing Adviser of the Company with effect from 1 July 2023 upon the Company successfully complying with Rule 3.12(1)(a) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) whereby an applicant must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least 3 full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.
