Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 13 July 2023, 25 July 2023 and 21 August 2023. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
The Company wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 21 August 2023 informed that Jerasia will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 24 August 2023 pursuant to paragraph 16.11(2)(d)(ii) of the Main Market of the Listing Requirements.
