We refer to the announcement dated 27 September 2016 on the winding up of the Company.
We wish to inform that Onn Kien Hoe and Mok Yuen Lok have deposited the necessary security deposit with the Official Receiver and are in the process of notifying the Registrar of Companies of their appointment.
Thereafter, the Liquidators will notify the Board in writing to prepare a statement of the Company’s affairs to be submitted to the Liquidators.
