The Board of Directors of Marco Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 17 November 2023 entered into a Shares Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Giro Laksana Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 201501041211 (1166531-M)] (“GLSB”) and Ms Lim Siew Sooi (NRIC No. 560920-07-5802) for the proposed acquisition of 2,384,400 ordinary shares, representing 59.61% of the issued share capital in Time Galerie (M) Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 198601008069 (157260-W)] (“TGSB”) for a total cash consideration of RM37,554,300 only (“Proposed Acquisition”) .
