The Closing Level of 16,939.0000 is the reference to the final settlement price for settling the corresponding spot-month index futures contracts on the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than Zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised HSI-CRA will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to HSI-CRA shall terminate absolutely.
