We wish to announce that IJM-C69 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 January 2024 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of IJM-C69 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of IJM-C69 x (RM2.2276 - RM1.50) x (1/1)
= Number of IJM-C69 x RM0.7276
The Closing Price of RM2.2276 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of IJM shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of IJM-C69 by ordinary post.
