Notice is hereby given that a Notice of Motion (Ex-Parte) was filed by the Liquidator of Red Sena Berhad (“the Company”) at the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur on 15 May 2024 (“Motion”) to seek for, among others, an order that the requirement to summon meetings of members of the Company by the Liquidator under Section 458(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016, at the end of the fifth year from the commencement of winding-up, be dispensed with.

The Motion is fixed for hearing on 26 June 2024 at 9:30am, via video conference by way of ZOOM application.

Any member of the Company desiring to peruse and/or require the Motion and the Affidavit in Support affirmed on 15 May 2024 may obtain the same from the Liquidator’s office at Crowe Restructuring & Insolvency PLT of Level 13, Tower C, Megan Avenue II, No. 12, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, from 9:00am to 4:00pm from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).

Further, any member of the Company who wishes to be heard in respect of the Motion shall serve a written notice to the Liquidator at the aforesaid address, or to the Liquidator’s solicitors at Messrs Ramesh Dipendra Jeremiah Law of 9-2, 2nd Floor, Jalan Medan Setia 1, Plaza Damansara, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur; and such written notice must reach the Liquidator’s office or the Liquidator’s solicitors not later than 12:30pm on 25 June 2024.
