Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 10 June 2024, in relation to the Notice of Motion dated 15 May 2024 (“Motion”) filed by the Liquidator in Post Companies Winding-up No. WA-28PW-266-05/2024.
The Liquidator wishes to update shareholders that, during the hearing of the Motion on 26 June 2024, the Judge had, among others, ordered that the requirement to summon a meeting of members of the Company by the Liquidator under Section 458(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016, at the end of the fifth year from the commencement of winding-up of the Company, be dispensed with.
