The Board of Directors of ATA IMS Berhad (“ATA”) wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary company, Integrated Manufacturing Solutions Sdn Bhd (“IMS”), had on 07 August 2024, entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (“JV”) with Jinhua Chunguang Technology Co., Ltd (“Chunguang”), for the incorporation of Suntone (Malaysia) Technology Sdn Bhd (the “Company” or “Suntone”) (“Proposed JV”).
