The Board of Directors of Apollo wish to announce that the Board had on 27 August 2024 recommended a single tier final dividend of 5 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 30 April 2024 for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be made payable on 07 November 2024 to shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 24 October 2024.
