SUPREME - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

Bonus issue of 240,000,000 new ordinary shares in Supreme Consolidated Resources Bhd ("SCRB" or the "Company") ("Bonus Share(s)") on the basis of 2 Bonus Shares for every 1 existing ordinary share in the Company held on the Entitlement Date.

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 11 Sep 2024
2) The last date of lodgment : 12 Sep 2024
3) Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-        
          a) Selling Broker to deduct  2/3, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
          b) Buying Broker to deduct 66.66%, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
          c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of 2/3, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks 1: 
Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 12 Sep 2024 with bonus issue of SUPREME shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive SUPREME bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his SUPREME shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (11 Sep 2024).

For example, if Mr X purchases 100 SUPREME shares on cum basis on 10 Sep 2024, Mr X should receive 100 shares on 12 Sep 2024. As a result of the bonus issue, an additional of 200 SUPREME shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 12 Sep 2024 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell a total of 300 SUPREME shares on or after the Ex-Date i.e. from 11 Sep 2024 onwards.

Remarks 2: 
(Unless otherwise stated, the definitions set out in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the circular to the shareholders of SCRB dated 16 January 2024 in relation to the Proposed Transfer of Listing).

The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities on 13 September 2024, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.

The notice of allotment for the Bonus Shares will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of SCRB at the address as per the Record of Depositors within 4 market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.
