We refer to the announcements dated 29 September 2023, 27 October 2023, 20 November 2023, 30 November 2023, 1 December 2023, 9 January 2024, 16 January 2024, 27 March 2024, 10 May 2024, 4 July 2024, 11 July 2024 and 5 September 2024 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date of 12 September 2024 in relation to the Bonus Issue, 240,000,000 Bonus Shares have been issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue.
The abovementioned Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 13 September 2024.
Following the above, the enlarged number of SCRB Shares in issue will be 360,000,000 shares upon completion of the Bonus Issue.
