BONUS ISSUE OF 217,727,850 WARRANTS IN XL HOLDINGS BERHAD ("XLHB" OR "COMPANY") ("WARRANT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN XLHB HELD AS AT 5:00 P.M. ON 15 OCTOBER 2024 ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share in XLHB at the exercise price (as indicated above) and at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 1 October 2024, constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. If the maturity date of Warrants falls on a non-market day, then it will fall on the preceding market day. This announcement is dated 23 October 2024.
