We refer to the announcements dated 29 September 2023, 27 October 2023, 20 November 2023, 30 November 2023, 1 December 2023, 9 January 2024, 16 January 2024, 27 March 2024, 10 May 2024, 4 July 2024, 11 July 2024, 5 September 2024, 12 September 2024, 13 September 2024 and 25 September 2024 in relation to the Proposals. We further refer to the announcement dated 5 September 2024 in relation to Bursa Securities’ letter dated 5 September 2024, approving the application for the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing pursuant to the Proposed Transfer of Listing (“Decision Letter”) (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that, as stipulated in the Decision Letter:
(i) the trading in SCRB Shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended one market day before the date of allotment of the new SCRB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Listing until the completion of the Proposed Listing; and
(ii) the effective date of suspension shall be from 25 November 2024 onwards.
