| Working experience and occupation | Alina Binti Abdullah graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a Bachelor of Architecture in September 2006. She was registered as a Graduate Architect with the Board of Architects Malaysia since January 2007, and subsequently registered as a Professional Architect since August 2023. She is also a Corporate (Ordinary) Member of the Malaysian Institute of Architects since March 2024. Upon graduation, Alina Binti Abdullah began her career as a Junior Architect with Arkitek KDI Sdn Bhd in July 2006. In 2013, she was promoted to Johor Bahru branch manager and relocated to Johor Bahru to head the Johor Bahru office. During her 16-year tenure with Arkitek KDI Sdn Bhd, she was involved in the architectural designs for a number of notable projects. In October 2022, she established A&A Studio, a sole proprietorship involved in provision of graphic and interior design as well as project management service. Subsequently in September 2023, she founded Alina Architect, a sole proprietorship registered as an architectural consultancy practice with the Board of Architects Malaysia. |
