Reference is made to the announcements made on 3 February 2023, 12 April 2023, 28 June 2023, 4 January 2024, 28 June 2024, 17 September 2024, 27 September 2024, 09 October 2024 and 29 October 2024 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that, as stipulated in the announcement dated 9 October 2024 in relation to Bursa Securities’ letter dated 9 October 2024, approving the application for the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing: 1. The trading in TOPVISION’s Shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended one market day before the date of allotment of the new TOPVISION’s Shares to be issued pursuant to the listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities ("Listing") until the completion of the Listing; and 2. The effective date of suspension shall be from 11 December 2024 onwards. This announcement is dated 3 December 2024. |
