We refer to the announcements dated 14 August 2023, 15 August 2023, 23 October 2023, 28 December 2023, 28 February 2024, 29 March 2024, 1 April 2024, 15 July 2024, 31 July 2024, 12 August 2024, 16 August 2024, 22 August 2024, 4 October 2024 and 28 October 2024 in relation to the Proposals (collectively, “Announcements”).
We further refer to the announcement dated 22 August 2024 in relation to Bursa Securities’ letter dated on the same date, approving the application for the Withdrawal of Listing (“Decision Letter”).
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that, as stipulated in the Decision Letter:
1. The trading in CRG Shares on the LEAP Market will be suspended one day before the date of allotment of the new CRG Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Listing until the completion of the Proposed Listing; and
2. The effective date of suspension shall be from 13 December 2024 onwards.
