Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 4 October 2024, 22 October 2024 and 29 November 2024 in relation to the Share Consolidation. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Sanichi's existing number of 1,643,095,559 Shares have been consolidated into 164,308,228 Consolidated Shares with effect from 5.00 p.m. today (after disregarding the fractional entitlements arising from the Share Consolidation) pursuant to the Share Consolidation. The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 17 December 2024.
