We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 16 December 2024, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) The terms of the sharing of Guaranteed Rental Proceeds between Uni Wall Properties and Permodalan Kedah Berhad.
2) Expected commencement and completion dates of the Desasiswa@USM and Gerbang@USM.
3) The definition of UWPSB.
4) The definition of Approval, the relevant government authority(ies) whose approval is required to be sought, and the estimated time frame for submission of the application to such authority(ies).
