The Board of Directors of Crest wishes to announce that Crest Systems (M) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 16 December 2024 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Dolphin Applications Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oasis Harvest Corporation Berhad (formerly known as Dolphin International Berhad) , for the purchase of all that piece and parcel of freehold industrial land held under H.S.(D) 121082, No. PT 39502, Mukim Petaling, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor measuring approximately 2,462.77 square meters, with a 3- storey detached factory and a 3-storey office annexed together with a guardhouse, bearing the postal address of No. 20, Jalan Industri PBP 9, Taman Industri Pusat Bandar Puchong, 47100 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan erected thereon for a cash consideration of RM16,500,000.
