The Board of Directors of GPP (“Board”), wishes to announce that Green Energy Resources (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GPP (“Vendor” or “GERSB”) had on 27 December 2024 entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Mr Wee Lok Hain and Mr Ma Eng Yau ("the Purchasers") for the disposal of 25,500 ordinary shares representing 51% of the total issued and paid-up ordinary shares of Gambang Power Plant Sdn Bhd (“Gambang”) for a total cash consideration as stated below (“Proposed Disposal").
