Pursuant to Paragraph 10.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of Solid Automotive Berhad (“SAB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Part Center Sdn. Bhd. (“PC” or “the Purchaser”), a wholly- owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 24th January 2025, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Karich Sdn. Bhd. (“KSB” or “the Vendor”) for the purchase of all that one (1) piece of freehold agricultural land held under Geran Mukim 2586, Lot 5134, Mukim Kapar, Tempat 6 Mile Sungai Binjai Road measuring approximately 1.897 hectares (4.687 acres) located at Lot 5134, Jalan Dahlia, Kawasan Perindustrian Meru Timur, 41050 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia (referred to as “the Proposed Acquisition”) at a total purchase price of RM 16,978,421.28 (“Purchase Consideration”) (exclusive of stamp duties) and upon the terms and conditions therein contained.
