Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 29 November 2023 and 5 December 2023 (“Announcements”). Further to our Announcements, the Board of the Company wishes to announce that WSSB and CMSB have entered into a supplemental letter dated 27 January 2025 (“Supplemental Letter”) to vary certain terms of the JVA dated 29 November 2023 (“JVA Amendments”). Please refer to the attachment for further details of the JVA Amendments. Save for the JVA Amendments, all other terms and conditions of the JVA shall remain in full force and effect. This announcement is dated 27 January 2025.
