The Board of Directors of Ann Joo Resources Berhad (“Ann Joo” or “the Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce that Ann Joo Management Services Sdn. Bhd. (“AJMS”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 4 February 2025 entered into a share purchase agreement (“SPA”) with Dato’ Ong Tee Thong (“Dato Ong”) to acquire the remaining 67,500 ordinary shares in Konsortia Etiqa Sdn.
