KHIB wishes to announce that Kein Hing Muramoto (Hung Yen) Joint Stock Company (“KHMH”) registered on 20 January 2025 (Enterprise Registration Certificate No. 0901177901), a 51%-owned subsidiary of Kein Hing Muramoto (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. (“KHMV”), with the address at Plot No. Y6-B, Thang Long Industrial Park II, Hung Long Commune, My Hao Town, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam had on 11 February 2025 entered into a Sublease Agreement of land use rights and infrastructure attached to the land (the “Sublease Agreement”) with a third-party developer, Thang Long Industrial Park II Corporation (“Vendor”) located at Thang Long Industrial Park II, Lieu Xa Commune, Yen My District, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam, for the sublease of one (1) piece of an industrial park land identified as Plot No. Y6-B, Thang Long Industrial Park II, Hung Long Commune, My Hao Town, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam with a land area of approximately 12,000 square meters free of any restriction on land use rights for a lease term beginning from the date of the Sublease Agreement to 16 November 2056 (the “Land Use Rights”) for a cash consideration of VND42,588,000,000 (Vietnam Dong Forty-Two Billion Five Hundred Eighty-Eight Million) only (“Total Price for Sub-leasing Land Use Rights”) or approximately RM7.5 million, subject to the terms and conditions as contained in the Sublease Agreement (“Acquisition”). KHMV is a 75%-owned subsidiary of the Company.
