The Board of Directors of XOX Networks Berhad ("XOX Networks" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Special Resolution set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 17 January 2025 has been duly passed by the shareholders by way of poll at the EGM of the Company held on 17 February 2025.
