The Board of Directors of Can-One Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to recommend a first and final single-tier dividend of 4 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024. The aforesaid dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-First Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The details of the entitlement and payment date of the aforesaid dividend will be determined and announced at a later date.
