The Closing Price of RM0.39456 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of JCY shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than JCY-C17's Exercise Price of RM0.85, holders of JCY-C17 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised JCY-C17 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the JCY-C17 shall terminate absolutely.
