We refer to the announcements dated 10 January 2025, 13 January 2025, 17 January 2025, 24 January 2025, 27 January 2025 and 19 February 2025 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that KAG’s existing number of 3,678,221,440 Shares will be consolidated into 122,602,365 Consolidated Shares after 5.00 p.m. today pursuant to the Share Consolidation. The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 7 March 2025. This announcement is dated 6 March 2025. |
