We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Transfer of Listing. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements. On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has approved the Company’s request for an early suspension in trading of LSH Capital Shares on the LEAP Market with effect from 2:30 p.m. today until the completion of the Transfer of Listing. The request for suspension was made to prevent any inadvertent trades in LSH Capital Shares from taking place which tantamount to breach of the undertakings previously provided by existing shareholders of the Company, i.e. to, among others, continue to hold and not dispose of, transfer or reduce their entire shareholdings in the Company from the date of such written undertakings until the completion or termination (as the case may be) of the Withdrawal of LEAP Listing. This serves to ensure a smooth and successful Transfer of Listing, the completion of which is tentatively scheduled for 21 March 2025.
