Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 9 April 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions.

On behalf of the Board, Interpac wishes to announce that the valuation reports for the Subject Properties in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions have been submitted to Bursa Securities pursuant to paragraph 10.04(3) of the Listing Requirements today.
