The Board of Directors of Ann Joo Resources Berhad ("AJR” or the “Company") is proposing to undertake the following proposals:

(a)   Proposed renewal of existing shareholders’ mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“RRPT Mandate”)

The proposed renewal of RRPT Mandate will be tabled for the shareholders’ consideration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. A circular to shareholders in connection thereto will be issued in due course.

(b)   Proposed renewal of authorisation for AJR to purchase its own shares up to 10% of the total number of issued shares (“Share Buy-back Mandate”)

The Company intends to renew the Share Buy-back Mandate and will table this proposal for the shareholders’ consideration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. A statement in connection thereto will be issued in due course.
