Remarks :

With reference to the Notice of the Twenty-First Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 29 April 2025, the payment of the First and Final Single-Tier Dividend is subject to shareholders' approval under Ordinary Resolution 1 at the aforesaid AGM which will be held on 25 June 2025.
