The Board of Directors of UOA Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. ("UOAAM"), the Manager of UOA Real Estate Investment Trust ("UOA REIT"), wishes to announce that the Audited Financial Statements of UOA REIT for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 together with the Trustee's Report to the Unitholders issued by RHB Trustees Berhad, as trustee for UOA REIT and the Statement by the Manager issued by UOAAM and the Independent Auditors' Report thereon were duly laid at the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2025.
