The Board of Directors of TechStore is pleased to announce that Tech-Store Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“TSM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 8 May 2025 accepted the Letter of Award (“LOA”) from Kementerian Dalam Negeri (“KDN”) for the provision of maintenance and support services for the software and hardware of information communication technology ("ICT") to Royal Malaysian Police (“PDRM”) (“Works”) for a total consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Fifteen Million Nine Hundred Eleven Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Two and Three Sen (RM15,911,122.03) (“Contract Value”). The contract period would be thirty-six (36) months from 12 May 2025 to 11 May 2028.
