The Board of Directors of ATA IMS wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of shareholders in respect of the Proposed Change of Name of the Company from "ATA IMS Berhad" to "WaveFront Berhad" ("Proposed Change of Name") at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened at a date to be announced later.
