Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 28 November 2024 in relation to the former auditors, ie. Messrs. Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT, who did not seek for re-appointment as the auditors of the Company at the conclusion of the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting held on 23 January 2025 and the Board of Directors (“Board”) has obtained the mandate from Shareholders to approve the appointment of new auditors of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Messrs. Tai, Yapp & Co PLT on 21 May 2025, having consented to act as the auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 July 2025, has been appointed as auditors of the Company on 21 May 2025 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
