The Board of Directors of Snowfit wishes to announce that Mercury Securities Sdn. Bhd. will cease to act as the Continuing Adviser of Snowfit with effect from 1 June 2025 following the expiry of its engagement as Continuing Adviser on 31 May 2025, fulfilling its role as a Continuing Adviser to Snowfit for 2 full financial years following the admission of Snowfit to the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
In replacement thereof, the Company has appointed Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn. Bhd. as the new Continuing Adviser of Snowfit with effect from 1 June 2025.
