Further to the announcement dated 28 April 2025, the Liquidator wishes to update the shareholders on the progress of liquidation of the Company:-

1.  Final Distribution

     The final distribution of RM4,913,000.50 to the entitled shareholders was made on 7 May 2025, representing a cash equivalent of RM0.00614125 per ordinary share held in the Company.

2.  Final Meeting

     Pursuant to Section 459 of the Companies Act 2016, a final meeting of members of the Company will be held as follows:

     Date       :           11 July 2025

     Time       :           10.30 a.m.

     Venue     :           Corus Hotel, Jalan ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur.

      Agenda:

      a) To receive an account from the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the assets of the Company have been disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and 

      b) To pass a resolution pursuant to Section 518(3)(c) of the Companies Act 2016 on the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the Company and the Liquidator shall be disposed of.

3.  Delisting and Dissolution

     The Company will be delisted from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia following the submission of the final meeting documents to the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

      Further announcement will be made in due course on the completion of the dissolution of the Company.
