We are pleased to announce the offering by CLSASM of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of AFFIN by way of market making. The AFFIN-C23 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The AFFIN-C23 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. The AFFIN-C23 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2025. The obligations of CLSASM under AFFIN-C23 are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. A summary of the principal terms of AFFIN-C23 is set out in the attachment.
