We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of KERJAYA.
The KERJAYA-C4 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 May 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The KERJAYA-C4 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025 and the Term Sheet dated 9 June 2025.
The KERJAYA-C4 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025.
A summary of principal terms of the KERJAYA-C4 is set out in Table 1.
